FAQ

    How long does shipping take?

    • Shipping options include: Standard Shipping (2-5 business days), Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days), Overnight Shipping (1 business day). Please keep in mind, your shipping method starts as soon as your order is processed and shipped. Processing time varies based on if your item is made to order or in stock.
    • Orders go into production as soon as they are placed and take 1-5 weeks to create and ship. Most items ship in under 1 week - depending on production times.
    • For in stock items, please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed and shipped.
    • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled for a refund after they are placed. They go into production immediately if your item is made to order. During busier times made to order items may take 2-5 weeks to ship, please plan ahead. If you need an item sooner, check the product description for items that are in stock and ready to ship in 1-2 business days.
    • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email or text with your tracking information.  Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days. 
    • If you need your order by a certain date - please contact info@lojobands.com before placing your order and we will let you know if we have it in stock to ship out within 1-2 business days!
    • ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
    • Halloween and seasonal/holiday items cannot be canceled once placed and are final sale. 
    • We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. Our team always ships out orders as soon as possible, but sometimes USPS and UPS can take longer than 2-5 business days to deliver. 
    • Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed with standard shipping, priority shipping or overnight shipping - shipping methods cannot be changed or reimbursed after an order has already shipped.
    • International shipping time varies. Please select rush international shipping if you need your order by a certain date. We cannot guarantee delivery by a certain date. Standard International shipping typically takes 3-5 weeks and Rush International shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks.  
    • Items shipped outside of The United States may be subject to duties, taxes, handling or other miscellaneous charges which have been defined by the country of import. These fees are not included in the cost of your order. Lojobands.com is not responsible for any international costs that may occur. Please check with your local customs before placing your order.

    How do I return or exchange an item?

    Because each garment is custom made to order and printed on demand specifically for you, Lojobands.com does not permit refunds. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. All customized items, holiday/seasonal items (St. Paddy's Day, Halloween, Valentine's Day, Mardi Gras, Fourth of July, etc.), and gift cards are FINAL SALE. Other non-final sale items can be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of your order being delivered. ALL items that are returned are subject to a re-stocking fee of $9.95 and original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item.

    • If 14 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit.
    • After we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
    • Once your return has been processed, a store credit will be emailed to you minus any shipping, insurance, and restocking fees.
    • Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Please email info@lojobands.com to initiate your return.
    • We recommend shipping your return using a trackable service, such as USPS, UPS or FEDEX as LOJO CANNOT issue store credit if the return is lost in transit. 
    • Items marked *FINAL SALE* are not eligible for store credit.
    • If your order is missing but shows delivered, please allow 5 days to file a claim with the USPS, UPS or other carrier if you did not insure your shipment at checkout. Lojobands.com is not responsible for missing orders that are marked as delivered.

      What does pre-order mean? Will I be notified once it ships? Is my card charged when I buy something on pre-order?

      • An item is considered pre-order if it may take 12-20 weeks for it to be finished in production. This applies to some Smathers & Branson items that are hand stitched and made to order therefore take longer in production to complete and ship to you. Pre-order DOES charge your card to reserve the item and start the production process. We label items as pre-order to give customers as correct of an expectation of shipping and delivery as possible - we do not want you to get your hopes up about your pre-order item shipping right away because that is not the case. Sometimes pre-order items ship sooner if a customer ahead of you cancels their order for the item and it becomes available. We fulfill pre-order items on a first come first serve basis.

      How does sizing work?

      • Please email LOJO at info@lojobands.com with any questions about sizing! A member of our team will answer within 24 hours and can advise you about sizing before you make your purchase!
      • Items cannot be exchanged due to sizing. All items that are returned are subject to a re-stocking fee of $9.95 and original shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item.
      • Most LOJO products run true to size, other than the exceptions mentioned below and in the product descriptions  For example, if your are typically a Medium, we recommend ordering a size Medium.
      • All LOJO skirts run true to size. The pleated tailgate skirts have a stretchy waistband for some room in sizing as well.
      • Overalls run large. Order a size down from your typical size.
      • Knit Sets run large and are meant to have an oversized fit. Order a size down from your typical size if you'd like a more fitted look.
      • All one size items, such as bandeaus, tube tops, one shoulder tops, tanks, and bandanas, fit most. They are stretchy and fit a wide variety of sizes.
      • All tees, crewnecks, bodysuits, and crop tops fit true to size, unless otherwise noted on the product.
      • Multi-Way Bandeaus are stretchy with adjustable straps that can be worn numerous ways. They fit true to size and the sizing can be adjusted with the straps. 

      What if my order is lost in transit or damaged in transit?

      • All orders placed on lojobands.com are protected through our easy & free shipping insurance - ShipSurance if your order is lost or damaged in transit. 
      • In the rare case your package is lost, stolen, damaged, or you do not receive your package - you can easily file a claim for a replacement or refund by emailing info@lojobands.com.
      • We will send you a link to verify that your order is lost or damaged. If your order arrived damaged, please include pictures of the damaged item and packaging in order to expedite the claim process.
      • Claims typically take 24-48 hours once all information is received to issue a replacement order or refund.

      Why is my promo code not working?

      • Only ONE promo code can be used per order. Multiple codes cannot be applied at checkout. The discount code entered with the higher savings will be accepted at checkout.
      • Please make sure the code is not expired and the minimum order value is at the minimum order value required for the code prior to shipping and taxes.
      • Lastly, please double check the spelling is correct and it is entered at checkout. Codes cannot be applied after checkout.

      Why buy on our website vs. our Amazon storefront?

      • We are the designers and manufacturers of LOJO. When you purchase from lojobands.com, you get the best possible price for our items. When you buy on Amazon you are buying the same products at a slightly higher price since Amazon acts as a middleman. Buying directly from our site ensures you get the best price and customer service :)

      What if I ordered one of your designs through a boutique, instead of on your website?

      • That's awesome! We follow the same procedures as we do for website orders, we just ship your order to the store you ordered it from for pick-up, instead of to your home address! 
      • To sell our products at your store, email us at info@lojobands.com and we will happily send you a copy of our line sheet!

      Do you do bulk orders?

      • Yes! We'd love to design a shirt for your group and make large quantities of it! Minimum order size is 20 pieces of the same style.
      • To request bulk orders and get group prices, email us at info@lojobands.com. 

      Can I order something as a gift and send it to someone else's address?

      • Yes! Just put that recipient's name and address in at checkout! Leave us a note if you want us to include a special note from you!

      How do I set up an event or trunk show?

      • Fill out the "Contact Us" form or email us at info@lojobands.com and we will get back to you with information for setting up a trunk show!

      Will you be restocking any vintage sweatshirts?

      • All of our vintage sweatshirts are one of a kind, so we only have one of each in stock! Although we don't restock vintage, we are constantly getting new vintage in, so check back for more! Please keep in mind all vintage sweatshirts are used and in vintage condition. Contact us at info@lojobands.com if you want to see vintage in your school!

        Is my LOJO order machine washable?

        • Most items can be machine washed on cold! Hang to dry - do not use the dryer as items tend to shrink in the dryer.
        • Lojobands.com is not responsible for any garment that is altered in the washing process. Items cannot be returned after being washed.
